Quality Assurance

Quality is not a department — it is embedded in every step of our production process.

Quality Policy

[Placeholder] At RAU Metals, quality is the cornerstone of everything we do. Our integrated quality management system ensures that every aluminum profile we produce meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers and the requirements of international standards.

[Placeholder] We invest continuously in testing equipment, staff training and process improvement to maintain the highest quality levels. All products are shipped with a material certificate and test report upon request.

Customer Focus

[Placeholder] Meeting and exceeding customer requirements at every order.

Continuous Improvement

[Placeholder] Regular audits, KPI tracking and corrective action processes.

Traceability

[Placeholder] Full batch traceability from raw billet to finished product.

Trained Personnel

[Placeholder] All operators are certified and receive ongoing training.

Our Certifications

ISO

[Placeholder] Environmental Management System. Demonstrates our commitment to reducing environmental impact and sustainable manufacturing practices.

CE
CE Marking

[Placeholder] CE marking confirms that our profiles comply with EU directives and are suitable for use in construction and structural applications across Europe.

RoHS
RoHS Compliance

[Placeholder] RoHS compliance confirms our products are free from restricted hazardous substances, making them suitable for electronics and automotive industries.

Our Quality Control Process

1
Incoming Material Inspection

[Placeholder] All incoming billets are tested for chemical composition using a spectrometer. Certificates of conformance are verified against order requirements.

2
In-Process Checks

[Placeholder] Dimensional sampling is performed at the press and after each surface treatment stage. Any out-of-tolerance profiles are immediately quarantined.

3
Mechanical Testing

[Placeholder] Tensile strength, yield strength and hardness are measured per batch to verify compliance with the specified temper (T5, T6, etc.).

4
Surface Quality Inspection

[Placeholder] Visual and instrumental inspection of anodised and powder-coated surfaces to check coating thickness, adhesion and appearance.

5
Dimensional Verification (CMM)

[Placeholder] Critical profiles are measured on a Coordinate Measuring Machine to verify cross-section dimensions against approved drawings.

6
Final Release & Documentation

[Placeholder] Batches are released only after all inspections pass. Material test reports and certificates of conformance are issued with every shipment.
