Our Production

From raw billet to finished profile — precision at every step of our manufacturing process.

From Billet to Finished Profile

01

Billet Preparation

[Placeholder] High-quality aluminum billets are selected and inspected according to alloy specifications before entering the production line. Our billets conform to EN 573 standards and are sourced from certified suppliers.

Alloy: 6063 / 6061 / 6082 EN 573 Standard Incoming Inspection
02

Extrusion

[Placeholder] Preheated billets are forced through precision-engineered dies under high pressure, forming the desired cross-section profile. Our extrusion presses operate at [X] MN capacity, enabling profiles up to [X] mm diameter.

[X] MN Press Circle Size: up to [X] mm Tolerance: ±0.1 mm
03

Aging (Heat Treatment)

[Placeholder] Freshly extruded profiles undergo controlled aging at specific temperatures to achieve the required mechanical properties (temper). T5 and T6 tempers are standard; custom heat treatments are available on request.

T5 / T6 Temper 175–200 °C 8–12 Hours
04

Anodising

[Placeholder] Anodising creates a durable oxide layer on the aluminum surface, enhancing corrosion resistance and allowing for a range of decorative finishes. We offer natural, bronze, gold, and black anodising.

Natural / Bronze / Gold / Black 5–25 µm EN 12373
05

Powder Coating

[Placeholder] Electrostatic powder coating provides a uniform, durable and weather-resistant finish. We offer all RAL colors and wood-effect finishes. The coating thickness is [X]–[X] µm, conforming to Qualicoat Class 1 standards.

All RAL Colors 60–80 µm Qualicoat Class 1
06

CNC Machining

[Placeholder] Post-extrusion CNC machining allows for precise drilling, milling, cutting and punching operations. Our CNC department handles complex fabrication requirements to tight tolerances.

Drilling / Milling / Cutting ±0.05 mm Custom Fabrication
07

Quality Control

[Placeholder] Every batch undergoes dimensional inspection, surface quality checks and mechanical property testing before release. We use CMM machines, spectrometers and tensile testing equipment.

CMM Inspection Spectrometer Analysis Tensile Testing
